General Information on Private Parties
HERITAGE HALL + COVERED PATIO - 50 to 175 guests
PATIO ROOM - 25 - 40 guests
VICTORIA ROOM - 40 to 65 guests
GARDEN ROOM - 25 to 40 guests
PIONEER ROOM - 18 to 30 guests
ROOSEVELT ROOM - 14 to 18 guests
CLOCK ROOM - 20 to 30 guests
For private rooms we suggest giving your guests a maximum of three entrée selections, one salad selection, one starch selection and one dessert selection. Counts for each entree would then be called in 4 days prior to your event. For larger groups in Heritage Hall we suggest a buffet option. Please reference the menus page if you wish to view the selections available. Please note that all prices are subject to change.
Private parties are decorated in traditional Landmark décor of white linen tablecloths, burgundy linen napkins, and square crystal candle centerpieces. The linen napkins come in a variety of colors and can be ordered for your party at an additional charge provided the request is made at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
We do have a full liquor license at The Landmark and are more than happy to provide your guests with beer, wine and cocktails on a cash or hosted basis. Heritage Hall features a private full service bar on the patio.
We do not permit confetti, rice, bird seed or flower petals to be used as decorations in our banquet rooms. We also ask that there be no signs, banners, posters, etc. taped, tacked, glued or hung to our walls or light fixtures. Any damage that may occur during your function will be charged to your bill.
Payments can be made by cash or charge. We accept American Express, Mastercard / Visa and Discover. We automatically add a 18% service charge ( 20% for Heritage Hall ) to all private parties.

PRIVATE PARTY INFO
A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit must be submitted to hold any of our banquet rooms. The rooms located in the main building require a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $100.00, which will later be applied to your final banquet bill.
